There are times when tiredness takes its toll on you. Between motherhood, work, home and your own responsibilities, there comes a point where the body and mind say: "I can't take it anymore." But what happens when you really can't give yourself a long break because life goes on and there are a thousand things to do? Well, here are some realistic tips to cope with those days of extreme exhaustion without collapsing in the attempt.

1. Rest, even if it's for short periods of time
We know that sometimes sleeping eight hours uninterrupted is difficult and not always enough to recharge your batteries to 100, but there are ways to find small moments of rest during the day. The key is to free up time from other tasks.
For example, if cooking robs you of a lot of energy, consider ordering prepared food for a couple of days. You won't have to cook, wash dishes, or clean up the kitchen, and you can use that extra time to sit down with a coffee, watch an episode of your series or just do anything. Because doing nothing is also necessary.
2. Don't feel guilty for resting
We live with the idea that if we are not being productive, we are wasting time. But rest is a fundamental part of any routine. So if you need to watch videos on your cell phone, play a quick game of your favorite game or just close your eyes for five minutes, do it without regrets.
3. Sleep early, even if it seems exaggerated
Sleep is the best remedy for extreme fatigue. Going to bed at 8:30 or 9:00 pm may sound ridiculous, but believe me, your body will thank you. Even if you have to give up watching television with your partner or saying no to an outing with friends, prioritize sleep well for a few days until you feel that your energy returns.
4. Lower the mental load and don't look for perfection
Not everything has to be perfect, especially when you're exhausted. Maybe that work task won't be impeccable or the house won't shine as usual. And nothing happens. Sometimes, trying to give 100% when you are exhausted only leads you to feel worse. Slowing down and releasing the pressure a little will make you recover faster.
5. Eat well and stay hydrated
Fatigue is aggravated when you don't eat well. Eat proteins, drink water and avoid excess sugar that will only give you a momentary boost of energy and then leave you worse. If you need a push, a little sugar-free coffee or dark chocolate (minimum 70% cocoa) can help without generating the dreaded crash. You can also use easy snacks such as nuts, almonds, popcorn or sugar-free Greek yogurt.
6. Wear comfortable clothes and simplify your routine
Those days when you feel you can't take it anymore are not to try to make elaborate outfits or complicated makeup. Opt for comfortable and easy-to-wear clothing. A loose dress, leggings with a wide T-shirt or any garment that makes you feel good without effort. This is not the time to complicate you.
7. Remember: it's temporary
Burnout doesn't last forever. It's just a few days when you need to slow down to feel good again. Ignoring the signs of your body will only lead you to feel worse, so give yourself permission to rest and recover.
And in addition to all this, maybe your burnout is trying to tell you that it's time to start planning your next getaway of a couple of days to give you quality time and care, for example, go see a concert of an artist you like or go to that magical town that you want so much to know (nothing like trips to change the chip and renew energies). And if giving you a couple of days off now is not possible, then a "stay-cation", a deep care session in a spa, an idea to the movies alone or until one morning in a cafe reading your book will help you.
Remember that burnout is not a sign that you are failing, but that you need to stop and recharge your batteries. If you don't listen to your body, it will make you hear it. So allow yourself to rest, slow down and release the demand a little. Because an exhausted mom can't do everything... and she doesn't have to.
Felicidades!! Muy lindo todo , gracias!!!🥰🤗❤️👏

Muchas gracias!! Que bonito !!!😇🥰
Felicidades!!!!🥳
I was in tears even before playing the video! Recently started watching Bluey and to be honest I am saviouring every episode, making sure not to rush through them. Luce as a kid would have love it too! Without all the sometimes extreme drama cartoons such as "Candy", "Peline" and the anime series called in Spanish "La Ranita Demetan" displayed. I also remember feeling sad and stressed after watching some of them...But Bluey is so not like that. I am sure this is appreciated by kids and parents equally. Cheers to all healthy, innocent and non invasive copying mechanisms! And thanks for sharing this one! 😍
